Our 12,000 m² factory is organized into six specialized workshops operating in parallel, giving us the capacity to produce over 15,000 boats annually across SUP, SUP, SUP, SUP, and safety equipment lines.

4 parallel assembly lines for inflatable SUP boards. Each line can produce 50—0 boards per shift. Digital printing and screen printing stations run concurrently. Annual SUP capacity: 8,000+ boards.

SUP Boat Production

2,000+ RIBs/year

Speciale glasvezelrompwerkplaats met 6 malstations voor SUP-rompen tot 7,6 m. Las- en montagegebied voor buizen verwerkt 3— SUP's gelijktijdig. Jaarlijkse SUP-capaciteit: 2.000+ boten.

Inflatable Boat & SUP

Multifunctionele productielijnen voor opblaasbare boten, kajaks en bijboten. Heteluchtlasstations, RF-dielektrische persen en assemblagewerkstations worden geherconfigureerd op basis van de ordermix. Jaarlijkse capaciteit: 5.000+ eenheden.

Aparte cleanroom-productiezone voor reddingsvesten en veiligheidsuitrusting. Speciale naai-, schuiminsertie- en teststations. Jaarlijkse capaciteit reddingsvesten: 50.000+ stuks.
