作為 青島沃特雷德集團有限公司 的工廠品牌，afarer控制生產的每個階段——從原材料到成品船的最後交付前檢查。我們在青島經濟開發區的製造設施佔地12,000平方米，擁有專門的PVC切割、管熱封、玻璃鋼RIB船體生產、SUP數字印刷、最終裝配和質量測試車間。
通過將設計、工程、原型製作、製造和測試整合在同一屋簷下，我們消除了合同製造的低效率，並保持對建造質量、材料選擇和交付時間的直接控制。

生產能力
12,000 m2 facility producing 15,000+ boats/yr across SUP (8,000+), SUP (2,000+), inflatable SUP (5,000+), and safety equipment lines. 200+ workers, 2 shifts.
質量實驗室與檢測
獨立 QC 實驗室，含 4 個檢測階段：原材料檢驗（拉伸、撕裂、UV）、48 小時 1.25 倍額定壓力保壓、接縫剝離測試及每艘船的負載/平衡驗證。
OEM/ODM 能力
端到端 OEM/ODM 服務：定製模具設計、自有品牌包裝、定製管顏色、甲板圖形（數字印刷和絲網印刷）、Hypalon 升級選項及一件代發物流。
車間
製造車間
PVC切割與材料準備
自動CNC切割機以亞毫米精度處理PVC、Hypalon和滴塑面料。計算機優化排版最小化材料浪費。
管焊接與熱封
專用焊接車間配備熱封機和RF介質壓力機。熱風熱封機粘合PVC管室，RF焊接產生超過要求的高強度氣密接縫。
RIB船體生產——玻璃鋼
RIB船體採用手糊玻璃鋼成型，使用聚酯和乙烯基酯樹脂系統。每層手工輥塗和真空袋壓以確保質量一致。
SUP印刷與裝飾
SUP板採用數字印刷進行全綵圖形裝飾，絲網印刷用於標誌和重複圖案。數字打印機產生照片質量的甲板設計。
最終裝配與安裝
裝配線上玻璃鋼船體和PVC管對接、安裝發動機、連接轉向和控制系統以及佈線。每艘船都經過100點裝配檢查清單。
質量測試與檢驗
每艘成品船在發貨前都經過強制性氣密性測試、接縫剝離驗證和全面系統檢查。質量實驗室獨立於生產運營。

Lead Time
Standard production: 30–45 days from order confirmation. Sample/prototype lead time: 15–20 days. Rush orders available.
Payment Terms
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. L/C, Western Union, and PayPal available for qualifying partners. Net terms negotiable.
Shipping & Logistics
FOB Qingdao, CIF, DDP available. In-house freight team handles container loading, documentation, and customs clearance for smooth delivery worldwide.
